Ufone has resumed the sales of both pre-paid and post-paid connections for Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad and other major cities from Wednesday.
The resumption of sales is in line with the recently made capacity expansion by the company.
A press release issued by the Ufone said that by August this year, the company will complete its phase III expansion which would ensure its services in over 83 additional cities across Pakistan.
Earlier, Ufone new connection sale was suspended as its management had decided not to compromise on quality of its service to existing subscribers.
Cities which included Ufone expansion plan included Peshawar, Kohat, Jhelum, Sialkot, Gujaranwala, Sheikhupura, Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Sukkur, Quetta, Chiniot, Jhang, Dina, DG Khan, D.I. Khan, Mianwali, Chichawatni, Bahwalpur, Okara, Shorkot, Muzaffargarh, Kabirwala, Abbottabad, Hattar, Chakwal, Mandi Bahauddin, Nowshere, Sargodha, Khairpur, Chaman, Sahiwal, Renala Khurd, T.T. Sing, Kot Addu, Khanewal, Main Channu, Haripur, Kharian, Bhal Pheru, Kasur, Mirpur Khas, Mingora, Mardan, Attock, Hangu, Rajanpur, Jampur, Fazilpur, Larkana, Lodharan, Bahawalnagar, Vehari, R.Y. Khan, Sadiqabad, Shikarpur, Nawabshah, Bhakkar, Murree, Bhurban, Nathiagali, Samundari, Pattoki, Hub, Gawadar, Pishin, Jacobabad, Gojra, Sibbi, Khuzdar, Norowal, Hafizabad Bannu, Charsadda, Swabi, Manshera, Havelian, TandoAllah Yar and Malakand Agency (Batkhela).
