For the rights of people, the PML-N would continue its struggle against the dictatorial regime and we have the support of the masses, which has kept the morale of the party leadership and workers high. Javed Latif, a PML-N leader, expressed these views while addressing a press conference here on Tuesday. He said that he recently met PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif in Saudi Arabia and witnessed that he was still firm on his principle stand.
"Nawaz was of the view that the self-imposed rulers were deliberately creating a situation in Balochistan in order to prepare a ground for the foreign powers to play in, but it should be condemned at all levels. Political dialogue was the only solution to end the crisis, but under the authoritarian rule parliament has failed to plays its due role," he added.
According to him, Nawaz showed concern over the price hike prevailing in the country, which has pushed more people below the poverty line. Nawaz also believed that Pakistan was going through a critical time, thus all opposition political parties should unite after setting aside its past differences and wage a joint struggle against the dictatorship.
