Shopkeepers hope uplift work to be completed soon

The shopkeepers in the Clifton area, who have seen a fall in sales due to the disturbance in traffic caused by huge road repair and improvement work now underway, are hoping that the work would be completed at the earliest so that their sales pick up.
Many shopkeepers were hopeful that once the improvement work is completed in Clifton area, the rush of buyers will increase at all the shopping malls and shops and the hope is there that sale losses would be made up by more intense activity in sales in the area once the improvement work on roads is completed, reports UPP correspondent.
