I am delighted to see the commencement of development work at Zarghun Gas Field in Balochistan. The earnest commitment of Bolan Joint Venture is commendable and I hope that the local community can build upon this success to their full benefit.
Each passing day adds more to the strengths of our belief and brings us many assurances that our homeland is a unique and precious gift of the Almighty Allah. The piece of land, where the Province of Balochistan is situated, has always been the centre of civilisations with a special reference to Indus Basin, all due to the richness of its cultures, friendly & welcoming people and its amazingly ideal geo graphic location.
I congratulate the management and the operational staff of Bolan Joint Venture and hope that this project will be completed with the same fervour. I also hope that such exploration & production ventures will directly benefit the people of Balochistan. Exploration & production projects such as Bolan Joint Venture can contribute directly to the process of uplift of the social and economic life in Balochistan by helping us develop infrastructures and basic health & educational facilities in our remote areas.
