Peoples Lawyer Forum (PLF) has started preparations to accord rousing reception to Benazir Bhutto on arrival to Pakistan, and decided to hold seminars, conventions and meetings in the province of Punjab.
Addressing the mediamen here on Thursday, Punjab PLF office-bearers Raja Zulqarnain, Mian Hanif Tahir and others said that Ms Benazir Bhutto would return to the country before next general elections and the Punjab PPPP had started making necessary arrangements.
Following the Punjab PPPP, the PLF had also decided to accord warm reception to Benazir Bhutto, they said, adding about 25,000 lawyers would receive their leader.
They alleged that General Pervez Musharraf was playing havoc with the country by not allowing Ms Benazir Bhutto to contest next elections, and said that such action would harm the unity of the country.
