The Sindh Minister for Rural Development, Zubair Ahmed Khan has said that his party, MQM, believes in serving the people without any discrimination. This he said while inaugurating medical camp organised by the Khidmat Khalaq Foundation to vaccinate the children between 3-10 years of age to protect them from Hepatitis B and C at Nasim Nagar Chowk, Qasimabad Hyderabad on Sunday.
Talking to the Journalists, Khan said that under the directives of Quaid-e- Tehreek, Altaf Hussain, the MQM is organising such camps across the country and appealed to the parents to avail this opportunity of free vaccinating their children to guard them against deadly disease.
He said that the Sindh Government's Health Department was also launching the campaign against this fatal disease asked people to make it successful. Further, he said that healthy nation ensures healthy development and prosperity of the country, therefore each individual and organisation should participate in such activities. During the day hours the doctors and para-medical staff vaccinated hundreds of children. People of the area lauded the efforts and services rendered by the Foundation and hoped that it would continue to undertake welfare activities in the future as well. The MQM Zonal In-charge, Mohammad Sharif, Joint In-charge. Sabbir and In-charge Khidmat Khalaq Foundation, Afzal Ahmed were also present in the camp.
