Pakistan expected to make one change for final ODI
Pakistan team is all set to take on New Zealand in the fifth and final One Day International (ODI) tomorrow (Friday) with an aim to avoid whitewash.
The Green-Shirts are 4-0 down in the series with last chance to avoid the clean–sweep Sarfraz and co had a tough training session in Willington and for the first time Ahmed Shehzad and Umar Amin joined the training as they reached New Zealand for T20 series.
However, Shoaib Malik stayed in the hotel for rest. He was struck by a ball on the back of his head while taking a run, during the first inning of the fourth ODI against New Zealand on Tuesday.
According to reports, Shoaib Malik is expected to be rested for the 5th ODI with Aamer Yamin is strong contender to replace him.
Prior to 4th ODI, former skipper Wasim Akram in an interview suggested team management to include Aamer Yamin in the playing XI.
Pakistan will play the last ODI match the tour tomorrow with three Twenty 20 Internationals (T20i) to follow.
Pakistan expected XI: Fakhar Zaman, Imam ul Haq, Babar Azam, Muhammad Hafeez, Haris Sohail , Sarfraz Ahmed, Faheem Ashraf, Shadab Khan, Hasan Ali, Mohammad Amir, Aamer Yamin.
