Unknown armed men have blown up a portion of railway track in Noshki district last night. Police said on Wednesday that unidentified armed men planted explosive material with Quetta-Zahidan railway track in Gomazgi area of Ahmadwal in Noshki district and detonated it.
As a result of the explosion, one and half foot portion of the track was damaged. The police rushed to the site and cordoned off the entire area to trace the suspects. The technical teams of Pakistan Railways have reached the affected site and started the repairing work of the damaged portion. The local police have registered a case and started probe in to the incident. Further investigation was underway.
