KARACHI: Model Customs Collectorate Appraisement East has surpassed its revenue target of Rs. 12.78 billion for the month of November by 39.5 percent. According to details, the MCC, Appraisement has collected Rs. 17.48 billion in November, depicting 39.5 percent growth as against its revenue target of Rs. 12.78 billion.
The overall tax collection for the month of November is reported to Rs. 48.24 billion of which the Collectorate has received Rs. 23.08 billion as sales tax, showing 32.18 percent growth as compared to the collection of Rs.18.30 billion made during last November, 2019. Similarly, the department has collected Rs. 1.34 billion as additional sales tax, Rs. 5.9 billion as income tax and Rs. 422 million as FED, respectively.
