KARACHI: Katherine Jackson is apparently back home, reuniting with Michael Jackson’s children after a judge temporarily took away her guardianship because of her days-long absence from them.
Paris Jackson tweeted early Thursday morning: “grandma’s here! #thankyougod.” Katherine Jackson’s son Marlon also posted a note on Twitter saying his mother had returned, adding she looked and sounded great.
However, Jackson's son Prince has accused his family over his grandmother Katherine's absence from their California home.
The 15-year-old boy took to Twitter to accuse family members of acting in bad faith and posted a group text message as proof his aunt, singer Janet Jackson, tried to stop him from contacting his grandmother.
In a post which he has since deleted, he wrote, "As I am sure everyone is well aware of the events that have been going on. I have been holding off on backing up my sister and her tweets avidly because I was waiting for the time to reveal my side.”
“As long as I can remember my dad had repeatedly warned me of certain people and their ways. Although I am happy my grandma was returned, after speaking with her I realized how misguided and how badly she was lied to. I’m really angry and hurt.”
Katherine Jackson lost the custody of Jackson’s children temporarily when she went missing last week. But then she gave her first TV interview since the often wild and conflicting reports surfaced, denying she had been kidnapped by her adult children and saying she was devastated that Prince Michael, 15, Paris, 14 and Blanket, 10, “have been taken away from me.”
Katherine has returned to Los Angeles and has broken silence on her absence.
She said she was ‘completely unaware’ that her grandchildren were so disturbed by her two-week stay in Arizona.
