Sindh Minister for Auqaf, Zakat, Ushr, Religious and Minority Affairs, Dr Irfan Gul Magsi has asked the officers of Auqaf Department to ensure timely recovery of the rent of Waqf properties and take strict action against those, who have illegally occupied these properties.
During his visit to the Waqf properties in different areas here on Friday, the minister said that proper maintenance of these properties is also the prime responsibility of the Auqaf Department and in this regard no negligence would be tolerated.
