The Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP) is launching a series of short courses and talks for the professionals engaged in print and electronic media.
A pilot event on "Current Trends and Changes in Banking and Finance" will be held for senior professionals from the financial journalism on May 13, 2004 at 11:00 am at Holiday Inn, Lahore. Mohammad Saleem Umer, Chief Executive, Institute of Bankers Pakistan, will deliver the talk.
WORKSHOP: In line with its mission to train and develop a sound human resource base for the financial sector, the IBP is also holding a workshop on "The Power Of Positive Attitude, Communication and Motivation" on May 15, 2004 at 9:00 am.
According to a press release of the Institute, Uzair A. Hanafi, Executive Director, Human Development Institute, Khushhali Bank, Islamabad has been invited to conduct the workshop.
Earlier, Hanafi will also deliver a talk on "Unleashing the Hidden Potential of Human Capital" on May 14 at 6 pm at the Institute. Middle management and operational officers of banks, financial institutions and corporate will attend the workshop and the talk.-PR
