The Amir of Jamaat-i-Islami, Qazi Hussain Ahmed, on Sunday said here that the United States has given Pakistan the status of non-Nato ally to use it against the Muslim world.
Addressing 'Kashmir Unity Conference' organised by JI AJK, he said that the military rulers know well that they have become US allies against Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine and other Muslim countries.
He said that United States is Terrorist No 1, and is supporting India and Israel to continue their illegal occupation on Palestine and Kashmir.
He warned of international conspiracies to create divide between Shias and Sunnis, and asked people to remain united. He said: "We will raise voice for the rights of people of Northern Areas in the parliament and other forums."
He congratulated JI AJK for holding the Conference.
