The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday adjourned to July 7 the proceedings in a petition filed by Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) member praying the court to take necessary steps for rehabilitation of Biharis in Pakistan. The petitioner M D Tahir contended the respondent government has sufficient funds for rehabilitation of Biharis.
He prayed to the respondent government to make necessary arrangements for rehabilitation of Biharis. The court put off the proceedings for further hearing and rose for the day.
