Singapore share prices are expected to trade sluggishly in the week ahead with investor concerns over the US economy set to be the dominating theme, dealers said.
Figures showing rising US mortgage delinquencies triggered a new round of worries the world's biggest economy is headed for slower growth as the housing boom finally ends, they said. Figures released Friday showing Singapore's key electronic exports fell sharply by 17 percent in February will also likely have some impact on market sentiment next week, dealers said.
