President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani on Thursday strongly condemned the terrorist attack at the Punjab Regimental Centre in Mardan Cantonment. The President and the Prime Minister in their separate messages expressed shock and grief over the loss of lives.
They expressed the resolve not to be deterred by such acts of violence and to continue all necessary measures for elimination of extremism and terrorism from the country. They also prayed to Allah Almighty for the martyrs and for courage to the families to bear their loss with courage and equanimity.
