The committee's meeting would be held at committee room-1 of Sindh Assembly with Ghulam Mujadid Isran in the chair. The committee in its last meeting had summoned Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan for May 21.

The mover of privilege motion, PPP lawmaker Imran Zafar Laghari, would also appear before the committee to argue in the support of the motion.
Mr. Laghari had tabled this privilege motion against Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan in March 2011 for what he say using derogatory remarks against Sindh Assembly members, which was referred to the committee on Rules of Procedures and Privileges for the recommendation report.
