Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG) on Wednesday claimed to have seized Irani diesel from a truck at Nalient near Gwadar. According to a statement issued here, a joint team of PCG and Pakistan Custom intercepted a truck loaded with diesel at ShahJahan check post near Nalient on the credible information about the smuggling of Irani diesel from Coastal Highway.
During examination, the officials had recovered some 10,000 litres of Irani diesel worth over Rs 0.9 million. Truck driver along with truck and Irani diesel handed over to Custom authorities for further investigation.-PR
