ECP issues finalized list of new constituencies of three districts of Hazara

ABBOTTABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Monday issued new provincial constituencies list of three districts of Hazara division.

Officials of ECP, told on Monday that the new constituencies were finalized on the basis of 2017 census in district Haripur, Abbottabad, and Mansehra.

In district Abbottabad the list of finalized four provincial constituencies including PK-36,37,38 and 39.

PK-36 Abbottabad, comprising the areas of Tehsil Bakot, Tehsil Loran and Patwar Circles of Tarnawai and Bandi Dhoonda. PK-37 Abbottabad II consists of patwar circles of Tehsil Havelian, Kokal Barseen, Jhangra, Bagan, Galyat, Orush circle, Chatri, Dhamtoor I, II and Nagaki.

PK-38 Abbottabad III included Tehsil Lower Tanawal, Sherwan Patwar Circle, Chamhad, Kasakki Kalan, Pawa, Rach Bahan, Havelian Cantonment, Municipal Committee Havelian, Havelian Patwar circle, Jhangra patwar circle, Kokal, Baldheri, Banda Qazi, Gojri, Jhangi, Salhad I and II.

While PK-39 Abbottabad IV consists of Abbottabad Cantonment, Abbottabad Municipal Committee, Nawan Shar Town Committee, Nawan Shahr western I and II, Nawan Shahr east I and II Shaik ul Bandi I and II and Banda Peer Khan.

The ECP also issued the new list of three constituencies of district Haripur those are PK-40,41 and 42.

According to the new formation PK-40 Haripur I comprising Haripur, Kalingar patwar circle, Chohar Sharee, Dragri, Dari, Mhakna, Mankrai, Noorpur Paswal, Pharhari, Pind Hashim Khan, Sarai Namat Khan, Jaggal, Dheenda, Changi Bandi, Shah Maqsood, Sarai Saleh, Noordi, Mirpur, Pankdak, and patwar circle of Ali Khan.

In PK-41 Haripur II the areas included were Tehsil Khanpur, Khulian Bala, Bhagra, Darsh Khail, Bandi Seeran, Mang, Kot Najeebullah, Saria Gadai, Chamba pind and Dheedan while PK- 42 Haripur III comprising Tehsil Ghazi, Muncipal Committee Haripur, Bheera, Panian, Khalabat, Kangra, Bakka, Darweesh, Mailam, Doian and Dheeri Malkiar.

According to the new list of five new constituencies of district Haripur including PK-30,31,32,33 and 34 where PK-30 Manshera I comprising Tehsil Balakot, Attar Shisha and patwar circles of Tehsil Manshear. PK-31 Manshera II comprising Municipal Committee Manshera, Jalu, Shahlian, Lassan Thakral, Khawari, Bahali, Matial, Potha, Labarkot, Attar Sheesha, Baffa, and Phakhal.

PK-32 consists of Phalra, Bheer Khund, Jalu, Shalian, Lassan Thakral, Dhabgran, Khawari, Bahali, Matial, Photha, Baffa, Tehsil Phakhal, Nokot, Trangri Sabir Shah whereas PK-33 Manshera IV included Tehsil Oghi, Tehsil Darband and some areas of Tehsil Baffa and Ahal while in PK-34 Mansehra V comprising Tehsil Phakhal, Baffa Town Committee, Achriaan, Battal, Ahal, Nokot, Ghandian and some areas of Trangri Sabir Shah.
