KARACHI: "We want to create history, we are not here to make headlines," says President Asif Ali Zardari. He was speaking at the fourth death anniversary of the slain former prime minister Benazir Bhutto in Garhi Khuda Buksh on Tuesday.
Going into his speech President Zardari said, "I hear the voice of southern Punjab," adding "Southern Punjab only wants its right from the government of Punjab."
Talking about the current economic situation, he said, "We are pursuing current swap agreement," adding, "Will barter with Turkey and China."
Talking about the Balochistan situation, he said, "We are committed to serve the Baloch," adding, "They will get everything within the federation."
"We are proud of Major Miran's martyrdom'', said the President.
About the media, President Zardari said, "We will end the boycott of Geo."
President Zardari said, "I am here to fulfil the art of impossible."
"We are not a poor nation, our warehouses are full of grains," said the President.
