Shehryar Rasheed, a tribal activist of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz fully backed the efforts of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for upholding democracy and protecting constitution of the country.
Addressing a news conference at Peshawar Press Club, Rasheed said the demand of protesting PTI and PAT from Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to resign from his office is unconstitutional and undemocratic.
Rasheed said Tahriul Qadri is trying to ruin the democracy by besieging Parliament and national institutions with the help of few workers. He demanded the government to arrest PTI Chairman Imran Khan and PAT Chief Allama Dr Tahirul Qadri for their unconstitutional and undemocratic demand.
