On this auspicious occasion of the 66th National day of the People's Republic of China, I feel immense pleasure to render my heartiest greetings to the people of China. I delightfully acknowledge that China has always supported Pakistan in its just causes and helped Pakistan in a variety of projects. It's a sublime opportunity to cite a strong, remarkable and vibrant friendship between the two neighbouring states. I find it an excellent example of shared perceptions on important issues and dependable friendship based on principles. I have an adamant belief that Pakistan and China will keep progressing in terms of social and economical ties.
Over the past 60 years, since the establishment of economic ties, both countries with mutual efforts have strengthened their economies and fortified their bond of friendship. I believe we need to identify our areas of priority, where mutual growth can take effect more efficiently and extend full co-operation by providing mutual expertise with a view to ensure territorial integrity and sovereignty. I reckon that with mutual rigorous efforts, further economic, political and social corridors will open for development, which will expedite the old and strong friendship Pakistan and China has been enjoying advancing it to the next levels.
