Pakistan Railways Minister and PML-N senior leader, Khawaja Saad Rafique said on Thursday that a conspiracy was being hatched to punish Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif over his economic turnaround with regard to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
In a message on Twitter, Saad said, "This is an old game of the world powers but the players are new." Saad urged the public to recognise the puppets working against Pakistan's development for their personal interests. He termed those who made uproar over "rigging" in the 2013 elections and then the Panama Papers, as puppets of various colours and sizes.
