Kasuri hails Kashmiri expatriates

Foreign Minister Khurshid M. Kasuri has appreciated the effective and meaningful role played by the Kashmiris and the Pakistani community in UK in the projection of Kashmir cause.
He said this while receiving a delegation of British Kashmiris representing All Parties International Kashmir Co-ordinating Committee on Friday.
The delegation expressed satisfaction of the Kashmiri community for the bold stand taken by President Pervez Musharraf, Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali and Foreign Minister Khurshid M. Kasuri on the Kashmir issue.
They said the Kashmiris appreciated the stand taken by the Government of Pakistan on highlighting the Kashmir cause.
Kasuri assured them that Pakistan would not take any decision which would compromise the interests of the Kashmiri people.
He further made it clear to the international community that durable peace in South Asia would be possible if the aspirations of the people of Kashmir were taken into consideration.
