Laudable

After a long persistent demand made by the residents of Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, the HBL management have annexed the neighbouring shop to their existing branch in Balock-18 of Gulistan-e-Jauhar, due to which the bank branch has now become more spacious.
Not only the working staff feels more relaxed, bat the various customers coming to bank also feel greatly comfy, due to the full air-conditioning of the bank premises. The management is thanked for this new facility. It is observed that at present, where utility bills are realised, there are two windows. Of the two only one is kept open for utility bills, and the other window is kept shut.
This window may also be opened for women who come to pay utility bills to reduce rush at only one window. The two hard-wood benches kept outside for the senior citizens or others who come to pay their utility bills, and cannot stand in the queue due to rush to sit on, may also be changed with better benches.
The plastic water cooler kept near the utility bill payers' window may also be replaced with an electricity-run water cooler that will benefit from it. Lastly, the bank staff should please continue serving with a smile. Even if change for Rs 5000 or Rs 500 currency notes is asked for it irks them, not to mention the demand for the new currency notes for festive occasions.
