Two persons including a woman sustained injuries in an incident of firing in Dera Allahyar area of Jaffarabad. Police informed APP here on Saturday that an armed man opened fire at the people in an area near Bypass of Dera Allahyar. "As a result of firing, two persons including a woman sustained serious bullet wounds," police said adding that the assailant managed to escape.
Police shifted the injured to hospital. One of the injured was identified as Sikandar. No cause behind the attack could be ascertained yet. The police have registered a case and started investigation.
