A young man lost his life when he offered resistance during a robbery bid at Medina Market located in the limits of Jackson police station on Saturday night. According to police and rescue sources, the incident took place at Medina Market located at Mir Bux Road where two alleged bandits, who tried to loot general store, opened indiscriminate firing on store owner Mohammad Siddique, 20, son of Abdullah Khan when he resisted.
Resultantly he received fatal bullet wounds and died on the spot. His body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) for legal formalities. Police said victim was the resident of same area and hailed from Quetta.
