Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday expressed grief and sorrow over avalanche tragedy at Gayari sector on Pakistani side of Siachin glacier. He also expressed sympathies with the families of the officers and jawans who were buried alive after the deadly avalanche hit them in line with their duties in this most difficult war sector of the world.
In the very onset, the Turkish Prime Minister also condoled the sad demise of plane crash victims in suburbs of Islamabad and prayed for the peace of departed souls. "I commemorate Pakistani soldiers who were buried in the avalanche and condole the death of plane crash victims," Erdogan stated.
