KARACHI: All Pakistan Clerk Association (APCA) Board of Secondary Education (BSE) unit has demanded regularization of long serving daily wages employees at BSE and restoration of HBFC advance facility.
In a meeting, the elected representatives of Matriculation Board, Karachi unit urged Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah for immediate action on their demands for relief to employees during the COVID-18 pandemic.
"All daily wage employees who have been serving for long time should be made permanent in view of their long service," APCA BSE unit demanded.
In addition, in view of the convenience of the employees, the facility of giving HBFC advance by the institution to the government employees should be restored as a number of employees are facing financial difficulties in building their homes.
They said that daily wage employees are working for the last many years but still not confirmed by Sindh government. The regularization of these employees will help improve working at BSE, they added.
