KARACHI: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) on Monday said that the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) didn't consult the elected representatives from urban Sindh over appointment of administrators in Karachi, Hyderabad and Mirpurkhas.
In a statement issued here, the MQM-P Coordination Committee said that consultations with the elected representatives of urban Sindh would help in resolving the issues in this part of the province.
"However, the PPP is taking the decisions to secure its political interests," the MQM-P statement alleged.
The MQM-P said that the PPP was not sincere with the urban parts of the province, which never voted in favour of the PPP.
