Former Interior Minister and PPP Senator Rehman Malik said on Monday that 'referee' can come if the current political tension is not defused soon. Talking to media here at Jinnah International Airport on Monday, Rehman Malik said that the tension, created after the PTI and PAT's sit-ins in Islamabad from August 14, must be resolved according to constitution and law.
He lauded Asif Zardari's role in the situation, saying he came to the country for resolving the issue and he continuously contacted key politicians in this regard. "I hope Asif Zardari's efforts will work," he said.
