Declining trend on grain market

Modest trading activity was seen on the wholesale grain market on Wednesday as most of the commodities tended lower due to easy supply position, dealers said. On the cereals side, Masoor Dall Canada low type lost Rs 800 to Rs 10000 while the best quality was unchanged at Rs 11200, Urad Burma followed same pattern, fell by Rs 500 to Rs 10000, they said.
On the seeds side, rapeseeds Nawabshah shed Rs 100 to Rs 2300 and Rs 2325, rapeseeds Mirpurlane new was down by Rs 50 to Rs 1900 and Rs 1950, cake low type shed Rs 10 to Rs 1110 and good quality was lower by Rs 5 to Rs 1120, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh new low type dropped by Rs 15 to Rs 1325 and the good type, however, gained Rs 5 to Rs 1380, they said. Prices were unchanged on the grams and rice sectors, they said.
