EOBI officials asked to hold meetings on public complaints

Chairman, Employees Old-age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Muhammad Sualeh Ahmed Faruqui has directed all senior officers especially Regional Heads of the Institution to arrange and conduct public complaints meetings on every Monday from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm at their offices.
He was presiding over a high level meeting at EOBI Head office. He also stressed the need to resolve problems facing by EOBI stakeholders and general public, he further advised the senior officers to try their best for redressal of their grievances on spot and make it mandatory not to visit outside during public meeting hours. Chairman, EOBI told the meeting that the Institution has posted complete data on EOBI website www.eobi.gov.pk related to all registered employers, employees/ insured persons in order to access to information and transparency. He expressed his hope that this latest arrangement will facilitate all stakeholders of EOB Scheme.-PR
