The lawyer fraternity on Thursday demanded resignation of Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif in a rally took out at the Mall. The members Lahore High Court Bar Association took out rally from GPO Chowk to Punjab Assembly vowing that they would continue their struggle till his resignation. The bar leaders earlier held a general house meeting and resolved to strengthen their move against the PM. They chanting slogans during proceeding of the general house meeting condemned the prime minister for not stepping down.
They resolved that grade-18 officials cannot hold Nawaz Sharif accountable hence the JIT might also be come under question. They were determined to run big movement instead of symbolic protest against the PM.
