Bollywood has been banning their films from releasing in Pakistan since last week. After Ajay Devgn's ‘Total Dhamaal’ and Kartik Aaryan's ‘Lukka Chuppi’, three more films have been banned from release in Pakistani cinemas.

Film producer Murad Khetani on Thursday said he has decided not to release his upcoming films Salman Khan-produced ‘Notebook’, Shahid Kapoor starrer ‘Kabir Singh’ and Sooraj Pancholi's 'Satellite Shankar' in Pakistan in the wake of Pulwama attack.

"We are not releasing our film ‘Notebook’ in Pakistan. Our upcoming films ‘Kabir Singh’ and ‘Satellite Shankar’ too will also not release there,” Khetani said on the sidelines of the promotional event of his film Notebook.

‘Notebook’ marks the acting debut of Pranutan Bahl, daughter of actor Mohnish Bahl. It will also see the launch of Zaheer Iqbal. ‘Kabir Singh’ is a remake of Telugu film ‘Arjun Reddy’ starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in lead roles.

Meanwhile, a petition was also been filed in Lahore High Court on Thursday for complete ban on trade and exhibition of Indian films in Pakistan, in reciprocation to Bollywood banning Pakistani actors and singers in the wake of the Pulwama attack.
