Pakistan losing spree continued in England as they lost their fourth ODI against the hosts, which comes despite score of well over 300 runs. Meanwhile, Pakistan former captain has blasted top order batsman Babar Azam, for ruining the game for the side despite hitting a knock 115 runs off 112 deliveries. This was Azam’s ninth One Day International (ODI) hundred. “Babar Azam hit a century, but it was a hundred of the bygone era, because his inning got choked when he was nearing his hundred. He started trying taking singles and playing dot balls, when he reached into the nineties and with that destroyed the rhythm of the game for his hundred runs,” said Raja. Raja further said that the cricketing management should make an example of Babar Azam, and needs to weed out this sort of batting from their system. “We are seeing selfishness, as players are playing for individual performances and milestones, which dismantle the overall efforts of the team,” he said. With the series 3-0 already in favour of England, Pakistan would face the hosts in the fifth ODI of the series at Leeds on Sunday.
