The Australian cricket team suffered a major blow just ahead of their World Cup 2019 encounter against Pakistan, as the batting all-rounder Marcus Stoinis was ruled out from tomorrow’s match at Taunton.

Stoinis has been ruled out of the game against Pakistan with a side strain. Meanwhile, Mitchell Marsh has flown over to the UK as cover, though Stoinis remains a part of the squad for now.

Pakistan would be aiming to repeat their aggressive performance against the dented Aussies, after the side lost to India by 36 runs owing to lackluster bowling display at the Oval.
