23 Aug, 2019

The corn was all bought at a premium of 116.50 U.S. cents c&f over the Chicago March 2020 corn contract, traders said.

The seller was believed to be trading house Amaggi.

The tender had sought yellow corn sourced from either the United States, Brazil, Argentina or South Africa.

Only corn from Brazil was offered in the tender, traders said.

The tender had sought shipment between Nov. 3 and Nov. 22 if the corn was sourced from the U.S. Gulf, Brazil or Argentina.
