Pakistan leg spinner Shadab Khan has joined the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) conditioning camp on Friday. Praising the camp that is being held at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) under the command of former Pakistan captain Misbah-ul-Haq, Shadab said that he is learning new skills and is working on improving his bowling. “One has to keep learning something new in order to play international cricket. I'm working hard on grooming my bowling skills,” said Shadab, while talking to media persons at Lahore. Shadab returns to Pakistan after attending his teammate Hasan Ali’s marriage ceremony that was held in Dubai. Talking about Sri Lanka’s decision to not play Tests in Pakistan, Shadab said that he is hopeful that international cricket would soon return to the country. “My wish is that international cricket will completely resume back soon, and I hope to play in Pakistan and play Test cricket.” The leggie said that at the moment he is focused on performing well at the domestic circuit. “I would try to give my best for the team in the upcoming series and play a vital role in the victory of the team,” said Shadab.
