A security team of Britain's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, visited the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) on Monday and reviewed security arrangements in detail ahead of their maiden visit to Pakistan.
An official told media that PSCA Chief Operating Officer (COO) Akbar Nasir Khan along with Managing Director Ali Amir Malik gave detailed briefing to the security team about the airport routes, deployment of police force and support of CCTV cameras and law enforcement agencies. The official said the security team also visited various sections of the PSCA and appreciated the efforts and arrangements. The prince along with his wife, Kate Middleton, will make their first visit to Pakistan today and are expected to arrive in Islamabad at 9pm.
