HYDERABAD: Total number of Dengue patients, within the province of Sindh, has reached to 1869 till Wednesday while 10 people lost their lives of this deadly disease.
According to figures released here on Wednesday by Provincial Dengue Cell provincial capital has the most number of patients as 1634 people had been diagnosed suffering from the fever in Karachi while 235 more people hailing from various districts of the province tested positive.
Hyderabad is the second most affected city with 210 Dengue patients, 6 people found infested in Thatta while Dadu, Shikarpur and Sanghar Districts had three dengue patients each.
Provincial Dengue Cell further said that four people were found infected by Dengue in Jamshoro and Sukkur, two in each district, while in Kambar Shahdadkot, Kashmore, Shaheed Benazirabad, Tharparkar and Umerkot districts had one patient each infected by the virus.
