KARACHI: The teen heartthrob singer Justin Bieber has initiated an online talent hunt for dancers for his upcoming ‘Believe’ world tour.
The 18-year-old popstar has launched the online audition to give a chance to his fans living outside Los Angeles.
The aspiring individuals can upload their dance video clips directly to YouTube.
Bieber has already been auditioning in LA with his tour Director Jon M. Chu.
Chu said while talking to media, "Justin also has such a huge online component, that's where he was discovered. You can upload your own video and audition."
While preparations of Bieber’s upcoming tour is underway, it has been revealed that the pop icon is learning Michael Jackson’s dance moves to perform during his tour.
His manager Scooter Braun said, "He has been watching a tremendous amount of Michael Jackson concerts from the '80s and '90s. And he has been talking to me about how Michael incorporated magic and pyro and reveals and he wants to bring in that. [But] still do that acoustic thing, but he wants to take it to a whole new level."
Braun also explained that Bieber is extremely excited for the new tour as he has been mature and proficient as a performer over the years.
He said, "It's just really exciting. Nothing makes him happier than being onstage. So it's gonna be fun to get back onto the road. I think he was an amazing performer before, but his level of dance and musicianship and his range [has grown]. He's a veteran now. I think he wants to take it to a completely new level."
