Supernet Technologies Limited (STL) has reported consolidated profit after tax of Rs467 million for the year ended June 30, 2026, compared with Rs78 million registered in restated FY2025.

Meanwhile, earnings per share increased to Rs4.03 from Rs1.39, while consolidated revenue stood at Rs8,080 million, compared with Rs4,891 million in the previous year.

“The FY2025 comparatives are restated to reflect the merger effective from January 1, 2025 and include SNL’s operations from that date,” STL said in a statement. “They are not directly comparable with the full-year FY2026 results; the reported growth should therefore not be read as like-for-like organic growth,” it added.

The company’s gross profit increased to Rs1,940 million from Rs894 million in restated FY2025, while gross margin stood at 24% compared with 18.28% in the previous year.

Operating profit rose to Rs841 million, with operating margin strengthening to 10.41% from 9.68%.

The company’s board also recommended STL’s first-ever post-merger cash dividend of Re0.25 per share for FY2026, following the company’s strengthened financial position post-merger.

Subsequent to FY 2026, STL completed its Rs914.77 million Rights Issue at Rs10 per share, raising the entire targeted amount.

Looking ahead, management said that the business environment remains challenging amid prevailing economic conditions, competitive pressures and uncertainties affecting the telecommunications and technology sectors.
