Devsinc, PRG partner to strengthen digital infrastructure

KARACHI: In a significant step toward advancing digital transformation in the US healthcare sector, Pakistan-based technology company Devsinc has partnered with Physicians Revenue Group Inc. (PRG) to strengthen its digital infrastructure through Microsoft Dynamics 365.

PRG is a healthcare revenue cycle management and practice services organisation headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois, United States.

The program will bring PRG’s sales, service, finance and client experience functions together on a single, unified Microsoft platform across PRG and its family of companies.

The first phase is scheduled to go live later this year, and the platform is designed to scale the operating model behind PRG’s work as the organisation continues to grow across its service lines. PRG and its family of commonly held companies serve healthcare organisations across the United States, providing revenue cycle management, value-based care and remote patient monitoring programs, managed back-office and practice support services, healthcare digital marketing, and cybersecurity services.

According to Umar Rana, SVP Products at Devsinc, from a product perspective, the value of this program lies in how well it supports the people using it every day. “Bringing PRG’s sales, service and finance functions together on Microsoft Dynamics 365creates an opportunity to simplify workflows and deliver a more consistent client experience, with a foundation that can evolve as the business grows,” he added.
