Sindh Senator Murtaza Wahan has said that the condition of 198 coronavirus patients is critical and they are currently in the Intensive Care Unit.

In a tweet on Saturday, the advisor to Sindh CM said that since the federal government has allowed an ease in the lockdown, the number of COVID-19 patients have increased. He said out of the 198 patients, 55 are on the ventilator, while 149 patients are on breathing support at high dependency unit.

So far, Sindh has reported 34,889 cases and 615 deaths. More than 17000 people have also recovered from the novel virus.
