Prime Minister Imran Khan met on Saturday Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar in Lahore.

During the meeting, the PM discussed the budget recently presented by the federal government. In a tweet, Punjab Spokesperson Musarrat Cheema said that steps to provide relief for weaker segments were also discussed.

"Government of Punjab is trying to give maximum relief to people and also ensuring availability of medical supplies to Hospitals," she tweeted.

The premier and CM also discussed overall situation in Punjab regarding coronavirus and steps taken by the provincial government to check the spread of the virus. The two leaders also discussed about the locusts and its elimination.
