Sanitation project costing Rs170mn in Nowshera launched

Talking to residents of the area after inspecting various development projects and progress on the said project in Nowshera Kalan, the minister said this was an old demand of people and the government feels proud in fulfilling their demands.

 

He said this project would be completed with an estimated cost of Rs170 million by June this year, adding people of Nowshera Kalan, Khwesgi and adjoining areas would largely be benefited from it.

 

The Minister asked people to form a committee to monitor progress and quality of work, adding no compromise would be made on the quality and delay in construction of the sanitation project.

 

Shabab said the government was taking keen interest in peoples' welfare projects and record development schemes have been initiated in Nowshera during last five years, adding after its completion would brining positive changes.

 

On this occasion, Deputy Commissioner Ghulam Muhammad, SDO Irrigation, Umar Hayat and others local leaders of PPP were present on the occasion.
