Acording to the police, Faisal's body carries no torture marks.
But Faisal's father Abdul Hameed, is dissatisified with the report and says he will take the matter up in the Supreme Court today.
The report also states that the NAB official's stomach was empty as he was unable to eat anything due to extreme depression and was on anti-depressant pills.
It has alo been learnt that a room mate of the official, in the federal lodges, named Sajid, had left the premises days before the official's death. Police say they will interrogate Sajid in the coming days.
A two-member bench of the apex court is expected to resume hearing of the case today.
