KARACHI: The candidates from Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), Jaamat-e-Islami(JI) Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N), Awami National Party (ANP) and other political parties filed their nomination papers to contest election on National Assembly and Sindh Assemblies seats of the metropolis on Thursday.

Dr.Farooq Sattar, Nabeel Gabool, Anwar Alam, Shaikh Muhammad Ferooz, Rauf Siddiqui, Kanwar Khalid Younus, Faisal Sabzwari, Rasheed Godail Khush Bakhat Shujaat, Khwaja Sohail Mansoor, Waseem Akhtar, Faisal Sabzwari, Babar Gauri of MQM, Nasrullah Shajih, Engineer Abdul Aziz, Tahir Ahmed of JI and Bashir Jan Naeem Iqbal and Saleem Jan of ANP were among those who filed their candidature before the returning officers of their respective constituencies.
