PPP to foil conspiracies to postpone elections: Khurshid Shah

BUREWALA: Former federal minister and central leader of Pakistan Peoples Party Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah said that his party would foil all conspiracies to postpone elections.

Talking to party workers at the election office of PPP nominated candidate for NA-167, Col. (R) Rao Abid Ali Khan at Mujahid Colony here Tuesday, he said that some hidden elements were creating hurdles in timely holding of elections. However, the PPP would not compromise on it.

Khurshid Shah claimed that the PPP would win elections on the basis of its people-friendly services.

He said that party tickets were being issued to eligible, patriot, having good character and competent persons and they would be bound to follow the party manifesto.

Former MNA from Mailsi, Mahmood Hayat alias Tochi Khan, former MNAs from Okara Rai Ghulam Mujtaba Kharal and Ch. Sajjad ul Hassan were also present.
